What QuoteScore is

QuoteScore (quotescore.ai) analyzes repair and service quotes you upload and compares the line items against a database of regional pricing benchmarks. It returns a score, a line-by-line breakdown, flags, and negotiation tips. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Information, not advice

• Scores and fair-value estimates are statistical comparisons produced with the help of AI. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date for your area, vehicle, or property.
• Nothing on QuoteScore is legal, financial, engineering, or mechanical advice. A low score does not prove a contractor or shop is dishonest, and a high score does not guarantee good work.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make about hiring, paying, or disputing a quote. When the stakes are high, get a second opinion from a licensed professional.

What you agree to

• Only upload quotes you have the right to share. Remove anything you do not want processed; uploaded files are deleted after analysis as described in the Privacy Policy, and anonymized line items are retained to improve the benchmarks.
• Do not use the service to harass a business, to scrape or bulk-download the database, to interfere with the site, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not present QuoteScore output as an official appraisal, inspection, or certification.

Payments

The analysis is free and requires no account. The only paid item is the optional Negotiation Pack for a specific result, priced as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and processed by Stripe. If a paid pack did not deliver what was described, email quotescoreai@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund it.

Our content and yours

The site, its design, benchmark data, and published statistics belong to QuoteScore. You may quote our published, aggregate figures with attribution. You keep whatever rights you have in the quotes you upload; you grant us a license to process them to deliver the service and to retain anonymized line items as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteScore and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for most users is nothing.

Referral partners

QuoteScore may work with referral partners who provide competing quotes or connect you with service providers. When you ask for that, we share the contact details you give us with those partners, and QuoteScore may earn a referral fee. You pay nothing extra, and scores are never influenced by partners or fees. See the affiliate disclosure and the privacy policy.
